Every time their is a minimum wage increase all recent employee's recieve a raise and all new hires now start out at a higher hourly amount, but the people who have been their more than 6 months don't recieve any wage increase. I beleive that any and every person employed after a minimum wage increase receives a wage increase equal to the amount of the minimum wage increase for their particular state
