Quit spending billions of dollars on weaponry for wars, and start spending money on SERIOUS rehabilitation for veterans.

This petition is to prevent MAJOR incidents from occurring here in the U.S. which would make the 9/11 attacks seem like a cake walk. The government spends billions on funding OIF/OEF without even blinking, there needs to be a rebound for those soldiers who have been overseas way too long. The programs in place today would not be able to rehabilitate soldiers similar to the Ranger Battalion that tortured John Needham. Serious funding needs to be passed in order to prevent soldiers like these from creating massacres the likes of which this country has never seen.
