Quit turning a blind eye to candy and electronics manufacturer overseas human rights violations

Created by S.H. on February 04, 2013

It seems not enough people know about it, and those who do, do not have any power to stop it.

Put an end to Hershey, Cadbury, mars, and many other candy companies' trade with known human trafficking groups. Children younger than 11 years old are forced to work 100+ hours a week for little to no pay to process chocolate in African and South American countries. Do not allow them to do business in the US until they adopt more human-rights conscious policies.

It's a known fact that Apple, Sony, and many other companies' factories overseas are dangerous, and have overwhelming suicide rates. Do not allow them to do business in the US until they improve safety conditions and pay fair wages to these factory workers.
