In 2014 women working full time were paid on average 79% of what men were paid. There has been none or little change of this since. Full time working Hispanic women in 2014 were paid 89% of what full paid Hispanic men were paid. Full time working American native/ native Alaskan women in 2014 were paid 85% of what full paid American native/ native Alaskan men were paid. Full time working Native Hawaiian women in 2014 were paid 88% of what full paid native Hawaiian men were paid. Full time working Afican American women in 2014 were paid 90% of what full paid Afican American men were paid. Full time working Caucasian women in 2014 were paid 78% of what full paid Caucasian men were paid.
