In order for there to not be any racial bias in criminal justice the judge and the jury should be handed the case without being able to see who the people are. They will first decide the verdict then see who it is, so there wouldn't be any racial bias in criminal justice. This system should be used in all cases so there shouldn't be any discrimination. There will be one person dealing with these cases keeping their racial status private.
