Racism should be a crime punishable by law. By taking this action this will end or dramatically decrease the hate crimes and killing that have plagued our country. People who practice racism or hate to there follow citizens , if proven by the law, should receive five years with optional probation after serving two years. Police officers should receive the maximum penalty due to their taking an oath to 'serve and protect'. People who commit violence due to racism should receive stiffer penalty's and or death if their action result in the loss of someones life by this hate.
