Radar gun printouts with time-stamp, date, and speed mandatory for a stop where the suspect is charged with speeding.

Created by N.O. on March 11, 2013

When citizens are charged with speeding on a public road, there is no defense information besides a subpoena for obtaining calibration records of police radars which can often times be denied. Because of this inequality of data, in court, It is typically the law enforcement officers word against the suspects. When the suspect is issued a ticket for speeding, reckless driving, or any other moving violation relevant, a printout from the radar gun should be provided with the following information: Time, Date, Speed.

Support making radar printouts admonitory for moving violations that are relevant.
