Raise the age allowed to claim a child for the child tax credit.

Created by K.S. on October 27, 2011

Currently a child has to be under the age of 17 to be claimed for the child tax credit. Most kids aren't even out of high school until age 18. I think the age should be changed to under the age of 19 at the least, but definately be raised.
