our human lives are short and as Americans we are wasting a quarter of our lives in cars. I believe that if you raise the speed limit by 5 miles an hour residential and 10 miles per hour highway, us Americans can spend more time creating a better economy and better ties with the community they live in. a rise in speed-limits will also help us save on our fossil fuel resources because an automobile uses less gas per mile the faster it is traveling.
