The general public is not informed about the tens of thousands of people that are murdered every year in countires where drug cartels wage war on one another in a pursuit to meet our demands for recreational drugs. Therefor, I propose that the president star in a public service announcement to inform people of these atrocities. It is our fault that the murders occur. We need to stop using illegal drugs and find ways to help communities where the drug wars have taken innocent lives.
