Over 3,000 children die each year, that means about every 2 hours and 50 minutes a child dies from cancer. There are between 30,000-40,000 children fighting for their lives right now. We spend $14 BILLION per year on the space program and only $34 MILLION for our children who are fighting for their lives.The American Cancer Society provieds only 1.85% of dollars spent on research to be spread over the 12 types of childhood cancers.
