raise the case with Ukrainian authorities for a fast and lawfulness justice for Sergey Lobza

In 2010 Ukrainian authorities have accused Sergey Lobza of committing a serious crime, but Mr.Lobza hasn’t got justice in the criminal case so far.
During the proceedings three times the Court ascertained the absence of the evidence that proved the guilt, but instead of the acquittal, the Court returned invariably the case to the Prosecutor for finding an additional evidence of Lobza’s guilt; once Mr.Lobza was found guilty on the charges (subsequently the sentence was vacated as groundless) and once Mr.Lobza was acquitted, but the acquittal was reversed due to the procedural violations admitted by the same Court.
We, the undersigned, urge the Congress and President Obama to raise the case with Ukrainian authorities for a justice for Sergey Lobza in the criminal case №183/8081/13-к.
