Raise the cost of living for all states.

Things are getting harder and money is getting tighter. Every person needs more money just to make it in this tuff economy. We all know that its hard to work all week and still not have enough money to pay your bills, or to let one bill get behind just to pay another. For the rich class this might not be a problem, but for us middle class people and lower we deal with this problem week to week so I'm asking for the gov to step in and help the middle class instead of hurting us just to make the rich what they already are...RICHER
