Due to many corps here in the USA pro-claiming to fire or not hire people due to Obama being re-elected and due to "Obamacare". It's time to Raise the Wage.
Current Minimum Wage is $7.25 per hour federal and by having a $8.00 minimum wage will help give individuals the chance to purchase health insurance.
Consider the option that $0.50 added per hour on a 40 hour work week is an extra $20 a week ($80 a month) so $30 a week x 4 would be $120 towards insurance.
When I was working at a "so called company" the company's insurance plan was $140+ a month for myself and when I shopped around I was able to get better coverage for myself at less than $90 a month. so the extra 75 cents an hour will pay for healthcare.
It's time to step up and Raise the Minimum Wage
