raise enlistment age in active military so all americans can serve their country and stop discriminating against age

this petition is in reguards to the current age restriction of 35 or younger to join the army and feel that it should be raised, we as americans should have the right to serve our country in the military based on our ability to perform the required duities and physical requierments reguardless of how old we are and that it is unfair and boarderline illegal to discriminate based on age. i am 37 and told i can not join the army because i am 37 not 35, age does not determine are physical condition and feel that older men and women can bring alot to our military if given the chance our nation is based on the theory we are all created equally and we ask to start treating us as equal and not discrimante against are age. please help support this petition and americans nationwide
