This petition is to raise research funds for Epilepsy! There's a member of my family who has epilepsy, and if you don't know what epilepsy is, it's a mental disorder that causes whoever that's effected to have seizures, and don't worry it's not contagious!! Did you know that you can DIE from epilepsy? Yes, you can, according to the epilepsy foundation, it kills 22,000 to 42,000 people per year. Also according to them, epilepsy isn't rare, and cannot be cured. One last fact to leave you with, Even with current medicine, at least 1,000,000, yes you read that right, AT LEAST 1,000,000 have uncontrolled epilepsy!!
