This petition will enact legislation that allows our economy to become fruitful, increasing the consumer base. This raising of minimum wage should account for inflation, becoming around $10.39. This legislation should also link that wage to inflation so that congress inaction will not again cause economic fallout. Also, a global minimum wage should be considered as fair wages are a human right. This will in turn help bring jobs back home and create a fair and prosperous global economy.
