The Federal minimum wage shall be raised from $7.25 an hour to $11.00 an hour by January 1, 2014. Youth wages will raise from $4.25 and hour to $7.50 an hour. Youth wages shall be paid to any person as set by local law at minimum age to work. Youth wages will no longer apply to any person who 1. has reached the age of majority. 2. Who has graduated from high school public, private, or home schooling. Base pay for all persons receiving tips shall raise from $2.33 an hour to $7.50 an hour.
Overtime shall be set at 1 and 1 half times pay rate for any time above 8 hours to 12 hours and double times for any time above 12 hours daily. If the employee is normally scheduled for 10 or 12 hour shifts the time will incur for 40+ hours a week. Salaried employees shall be included.
