Raise the full time employment status to at least 35 hours/week for new health care regulations when they begin in 2014

raising full time work to 35 hours from the proposed 30 will help small business regulate employment better and keep quality of life slightly higher for those making minimum wage and do not wish to work 60 hours at 2 different locations.
