Raise the funding for education and science

We need to increase the budget for education and science. If we would increase the budget for education then the newest generation could and would learn more and by doing that some of them would be bound to help our nation. Wether it ranges from improving the economy to helping a small town or even just being a teacher, it will help our nation. If we were to increase the budget for science, like NASA, then we would be able to have major scientific breakthroughs that don't effect few people, but the world. If we could do that America would surely increase it's rank of education
