Raise funding for fine arts programs in all schools in the United States.

The fine arts programs are slowly diminishing in schools and I see no reason as to why it has to be that way. The fine arts such as music, or theatre, or art, or dance all contribute to a sense of creativity that is lacking in schools where all they care about are standardized test score
