Raise the Pay of Head Start teachers in America.

Head Start teachers in America are barely getting paid enough to live over the poverty line and many themselves are in need of federal assistance to keep a float though they have a full time job.
A Head Start teacher is teaching the some youngest of our citizens 3-5 year olds and more than that these little minds are from low income areas because of this many of these of these youngsters would not have proper access to early learning if it wasn't for head start and the teachers.
It is important for these teachers to get paid more so they stay their schools so the children can learn and grow with familiar faces and not changing ones which is bad for a child's educational growth.
