Raise hiring standards for TSA employees to eliminate corruption, abuse, and impropriety

Created by D.E. on November 12, 2012

If we must be subjected to the indignity of TSA virtual strip searches, irradiation, pat-downs, and confiscation of our private property in order to freely travel then we, The People of these United States, demand that OUR employees meet certain ethical, moral, and intellectual requirements before they can be entrusted with the safety of the public. To this end, we petition our Government for the redress of our grievances. We have a reasonable right to expect the following minimum requirements of those individuals employed to "protect" us:
1) A thorough background check should be required to eliminate any sex offenders, thieves, or other criminals.
2) They must pass an exam where they must demonstrate a clear understanding of the Constitutional rights enshrined in the Fourth Amendment.
