Raise the hours of operation and liquor sales in the State of California from 2 am to 4 am..

This petition will help boost the states economy and create thousands of new jobs. It will also reduce the amount of fatalities that occur under the current law of stop serving at 1:30 am and where 75% of the patrons pound down their last drinks and get in their cars and drive.
if said establishments were to be open till 4 am, party goers will have ample time to sober up before they drive home.
this will save the state taxpayers millions of dollars every year and help reduce the amount of persons incarcerated.
