raise the investment percentage of Pell Grants

Created by A.C. on October 20, 2015

The number of individuals applying for college is rapidly increasing all over America. It is these individuals who seek to further their knowledge in order to contribute more to society, as well as build a stronger future for themselves. However, today's economy leaves these hopeful people penniless and out of luck. A vast number of applicants are unable to attend college due to the extreme costs that come along with admission. Currently, even if given a Pell Grant many students do not have enough money to pay the full cost of attendance. It is simply ludicrous to deny an individual their right to a decent education in America simply because he/she is financially disadvantaged.
