Raise the legal drinking age to 31

I believe that the legal drinking age of 21 is too low. I think that at the age of 21 people have not matured enough to realize the harm they are doing to their bodies and the dangers they are exposing themselves to. By the age of 31, I believe most people have their lives together and are mature enough to moderate the amount of alcohol they consume. With the legal drinking age raised to 31 I believe less students will piss away their parents money for college.
