Raise the level of all violent video games that contain violence to age 21 and rate the sci-fi in them from 1-10 also.

My petition is very simple based on the elevated level of violence in young adults the idea is to prohibit the violent video games to ages 21 and over, and also for video games to rate them from 1 to 10 on the level of science fiction they contain, 1 for the lowest and 10 for all science fiction content in them, my idea is very good and is for the intention of educating correctly the young and preventing the young cells to have evil ideas in there minds, the idea is very good and should become reality as soon as possible thank you very much.
