Raise the level of income on social security tax from 110,000 to 250,000, and remove SS tax from 50,000 or less.

Created by A.L. on November 14, 2012

If the tax cap was raised to 250,000 it would make Social Security solvent for decades to come. If those making 50,000 or less didn't have to pay, not only would Social Security still be solvent, but in reducing the tax burden on low income earners, it would strengthen our economy. It would help small businesses to be stronger and remain more competitive.
