Raise the limit on the amount people on disability and social security make per month. The citizens of this country earning social security and/or getting disability because of conditions out of control are under law paid by this government. The amount they are paid is far below the poverty level, most if not all these people can’t live alone, have cars or any kind of social life. I personally make $710 a month due to disability. I pay rent, utilities and barely scrape by to eat. No car, friends, social life of any kind…plus live with a family member. The social security/disability act needs amended so that these said persons income from the government raise by at least 40% while still maintaining their current food assistance and medical.
