raise living allowance for disabled, so we are not living on the streets, or in slums

There are so many people living on Social Security Disability, and Social Security Disability Insurance, that can not even pay rent. When Obama came into office, he froze our COLA for 4 yrs, than only raised our income by 1.5%, saying cost of living had not gone up since he took office.
We need to take care of those that are truly disabled, instead of penalizing them. Cause out of their Social Security checks, they have to also pay a monthly Medicare charge of $150, plus, purchase their meds - sometimes even at full price.
This administration is making it so hard on disabled, that we do not know where to turn, to get help, because lots of us end up out on the streets, and are forgotten - just like the unemployed, that have run out of employment benefits - we are a statistic
