Raise the minimum age to purchase or own a firearm to 25

In the vast majority of American mass shootings the killer is a male under the age of 25. James Holmes (24) - Dark Knight; Adam Lanza (20) - Sandy Hook; Seung-Hui Cho (23) - Virginia Tech; Jared Lee Loughner (22) - Tucson/U.S. Representative Giffords; Eric Harris (18), Dylan Klebold (17) - Columbine. Young adult men have shown time and time again to me the most likely candidates to go on a shooting rampage, and therefore to protect ourselves we need a federally enforced age limit of 25 (if not older) that limits access of firearms to young adults.
