As workers we deserve what our work is worth. We deserve to be paid more for performing labor that those higher paid down't. As entry level, minimum-wagers, we are told to do the more laborious jobs that those how have higher pay don't want to do. We deserve to be paid in a fair attempt to want us to stay in the workforce instead of leaving from low pay and bad treatment.
As we are the workforce we deserve to be paid more for going over what our scheduled time is. If someone doesn't show up to do their job on time or we need to do extra labor, we should be getting more than our time plus half of theirs. We deserve having three fourths of their time because we're doing their job, and forcibly giving up our free time.
