Raise the Minimum Wage from $7.25 to $10.10 an hour (formerly know as: H.R.1010)

Created by G.W. on November 02, 2015

Raise the minimum wage to $10.10 an hour and provide the first increase to employees since 2007. It would also index the minimum wage to the cost of living. Raising the federal minimum wage to $10.10 per hour would boost the paychecks of over 30 million workers in the U.S. The majority are adults with full-time jobs, and nearly half have some college education. If the minimum wage had kept pace with inflation since 1968, it would be $10.60 today.
