Raise the Minimum Wage to $9.00 an hour and tie the Minimum Wage to the rate of Inflation.

This petition is to encourage the Government, both Congress and the Executive, to work on a law that sets standards for a livable wage in which the base pay and incremental increases are tied directly to the rate of inflation. Base pay, as proposed by the Executive and economist alike, should be set at $9.00 an hour with subsequent increases in correlation to the rate of inflation annually, bi-anually or even quarterly via the fiscal year.
