Inflation being what it is, the price of goods services, and taxes continues to increase. The compensation with which we can pay for these services, however, does not. The United States should take a step in the same direction as Australia, which has regularly adjusted minimum wage for inflation, and has reached $16 an hour. Americans are currently making half of that. We the undersigned request that the minimum wage be raised to at least a reasonable $10 an hour, and appropriately adjusted for inflation each year.
