Raise pay for all Military Personnel of the United States Armed Forces & fees for pro teams with high income players

First and foremost I would like to thanks all the men and women fighting to defend our country. I believe it is extremely saddening to know that most pro athletes are earning salaries far beyond those of a US Soldier, I believe this is disgusting and inhumane. Therefore, the US Government should be able to charge fees to every athletic team that is paying any athlete over $1,000,000 a year. Soldiers give their life for this country, I believe it is time we gave them a fair amount of money for that.
