Raise the posted speed limit 10mph after midnight on highways

There is no reason to have the same posted speed during rush hour then the posted speed at midnight,there is almost no cars on the road,and the majority of tickets are for minor speeding. By raising the speed 10mph,truckers,and travelers on the roads after midnight can drive freely on the empty highways that the people own.
