Raise the Social Security payroll tax cap from $110,000 to $1,000,000 to help increase its revenues.

Created by A.R. on January 25, 2013

Americans making less than $110,000 pay social security payroll taxes on 100% of their income. Yet those making more annually pay a lesser percentage as their income increases. There is much discussion of Social Security's future insolvency and this "entitlement" seems to be forever on everyone's cutting table. Raising this cap would increase Social Security's revenues for years to come.
