Raise the standard deduction for income tax to $100,000 & start a reverse income tax of $25,000 per year.

With the loss of good paying industry jobs to overseas and to illegal immigration. I request that our government increase the standard tax deduction to $100,000 and to create a reverse income tax of $25,000 for all U.S. citizens who are at least 18 years old and older.
Robert Kennedy wanted to start a reverse income tax back in the 1960's. I believe that today may be the time to employ Bobby Kennedy's idea.
These two actions can ease the disproportionate increase of wealth of the elite 1% over the working class and eliminate poverty, increase the chances for higher education and much much more.
