Mr. President,
Happy new year. It seems that the Fiscal Cliff issue has been the main issue being discussed. There has not been a solid idea on how to create jobs in the past few years. The reason why we are loosing jobs so quickly is it is cheaper to make most things out of the country. We need to raise Tariffs on goods produced in our country, to give companies here the edge they need. Companies that moved production overseas because they could not compete need incentives to move back. The US auto and auto parts companies will not be able to be as successful as they once were, as long as there are companies offering the same auto's and parts made cheaper overseas. Having 10 million more people in the workforce would do more to cut costs and raise revenue than any other action.
