Guns don't kill people. Bullets do. Deadly ammunition is available in this country for pennies per round. We call upon the President to explore raising taxes at least 1000% on all lethal ammunition.

If lethal ammunition were more expensive, people would use less of it.

Any revenues generated by the new tax would be dedicated to funding gun buy-back programs.
