Raise taxes on Hollywood actors who earn over one million dollars a year to 90% of their yearly earnings.

Many Hollywood actors live a privileged lifestyle and earn disproportionate incomes for relatively easy and unimportant work. Increasing their tax rate to 90% would allow them to be helpful in reducing the national debt and allow them to do their fair share. Surely this privileged citizens can put their money where their mouths are.
