The economy has doubled since 1980 and there has been a massive redistribution of wealth to the top one percent. The tax base has eroded as has the middle class. Simply raise taxes on those at the top.
Raise taxes on the top 1 percent of wage earners by 20 percent or more. Raise taxes on very top 1/10 of 1 percent wage earners by 50 percent. Remove tax loopholes both domestically or overseas.
