I am creating this petition to show Congress the people of this country believe taxes should be raised for the upper class. The middle class is paying their fair share of taxes and struggling to get by, while the upper class is paying their "fair share" of taxes and still able to live extravagantly. Cutting spending will not get our country out of the hole we've put ourselves in. The only way to fix this problem will be to raise taxes and the upper class is the only group who can still live comfortably while paying a little more.
