Raise taxes on the upper class.

According to the IRS, 22,000 households made more than 1 million dollars and paid less than 15% (1,470 managed to pay none). This of course is unjust, anyone who does well for themselves should have to pay their fair share, so that more people have the opportunity to get ahead. And at a time where we need to pay our deficit down and invest in things that help our economy grow, and keep America safe like: education, research and technology, a strong military, Medicare, and Social security; giving tax breaks to millionaires just doesn't make sense.
