Raise Taxes ?

Dear President Obama and People, I study and I know that if you raise taxes to were we have a surplus our economy will rise because business will see that USA is a great place to Invest. I know that for a fact. I read a book about economics that when the president John Kennedy (I think thats him) raised taxes our economics had never been that great and that the USA had reach billions of dollars in surplus. But Bush Fuck it up for us. You can raise Income taxes at 38% and raise Tobacco tax up to something really high cause that sh*t is bad and Alcohol tax too. You can also make cannabis legal and put a recreational tax. Plus if middle income people get mad you can give them small tax breaks. I would like to be one day be living in a place with out that much debt. Our debt continue to grow.
