Raise the threshold for overtime pay. The current threshold of $23,600 has not been raised since 1975.

Created by L.R. on December 30, 2014

During the 1950s, '60s and 70's working families depended upon overtime to improve their standards of living and reach the middle class. Under the Fair Labor Standards Act the Administration could restore access to this resource for millions of working families and reduce income inequality.
