The top tax rate was 90% in the 1950's, 70% in the 1960's and now is at 35%. While wealth inequality in the U.S. is higher than in any other modern country. The Bush tax-cuts only accelerated the wealth of the top 1% in the U.S. Help equalize the playing field by increasing the top 1% to 45% which is actually historically rather low.
