Raise the top marginal rate on all US government employees, elected or appointed to 90%

Created by F.B. on December 23, 2012

Whereas the working for the people as a representative is called PUBLIC service, and whereas many individuals use their positions in the federal government to make connections that allows them to become individually wealthy, and whereas having individuals in key government positions trying to serve their self interests instead of those of the people is not good for the United States of America. Therefore it should be law that the top marginal tax rate for all US government officials on January 1, 2013 and thereafter shall be 90% during their time as a federal government employee and for a period of not less than 10 years thereafter. As this only affects the top marginal rates, true public servants such as those in the military and in civil service positions would be unaffected.
