Raise Worker’s Pay

Created by J.V. on October 27, 2013

Encourage companies to raise average worker pay by limited CEO total compensation to 50 times the average worker of their company.
We suggest removing all tax deductions on any form of CEO compensation over 50 times the average worker pay and apply those tax deductions back to the company is a way that incentivizes closing that wage gap and raising worker’s pay.
We believe that wage inequality is a rising issue and will hamper economic growth as a large portion of our economy is based on the spending of workers who have not seen a real raise in some time.
